HOW TO USE

1. To make pasta, simply prepare your dough on a powdered table and flatten it out. 
2. Once you’ve reached your desired thickness, slowly pass it through the machine and it will expertly process your dough for you*. 

MAINTENANCE

When cleaning the machine, make sure to use a brush or wooden rod. Do not clean with water. If necessary, apply a few drops of mineral oil or vaseline oil on the ends of the cutting rollers.
