HOW TO USE

1. To make pasta, simply affix the clamp to a table.
2. Prepare your dough on a powdered table and flatten it out.
3. Slowly pass it through the machine, and you’re good to go*!

MAINTENANCE

When cleaning the machine, make sure to use a brush or wooden rod. Do not clean with water. If necessary, apply a few drops of mineral oil or vaseline oil on the ends of the cutting rollers.
